Dirk has been at Spotify since 2014, leading the creation and management of text and visual content for Spotify’s Customer Service channels. After years of also heading a technical documentation team and producing tech and educational content at J2 Global, LRN, and other companies, he’s pretty excited to – with Sanity’s guidance – get a system of true structured content underway at Spotify. Dirk writes in his spare time as well, including a few-year stint at The Onion as Contributor.
